Oxal Venture LLC provides specialized B2B data engineering, data warehousing, BI & analytics, data integration, and technical architecture consulting. Engagements are deliverable-focused with defined scopes.
All services are provided on a structured project or retained advisory basis as defined in an agreed Statement of Work (SOW).
Services exclude general tier-1 desktop IT support, hardware maintenance, and non-data system administration.
Engagements are performed remotely by senior technical practitioners unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Every engagement requires a formal SOW detailing architecture specifications, technical requirements, project phases, acceptance criteria, and milestones.
Modifications to deliverables or technical infrastructure require a documented Change Order signed by both parties.
Estimated delivery schedules rely on timely client reviews, credential provisioning, and test data availability.
Acceptance of deliverables occurs upon validation against the technical benchmarks outlined in the applicable SOW.
Engagements follow published fixed-scope pricing or predefined milestone billing as specified in the service agreement.
Fixed-price packages require a 50% mobilization deposit prior to architecture inception, with balance due upon milestone completion.
Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of receipt via electronic funds transfer (ACH/Wire) or authorized corporate card.
Late balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum statutory rate permissible under California law.
Clients maintain responsibility for providing necessary cloud environments, API tokens, sandbox data access, and prompt stakeholder feedback.
Client shall grant least-privilege administrative access to relevant cloud repositories, databases, and compute warehouses.
Client represents that all sample or production data supplied does not violate third-party privacy regulations or contractual limits.
Unreasonable delays in provisioning system access may result in corresponding adjustments to delivery schedules.
Clients receive full ownership of bespoke data models, SQL/Python transformation code, and pipeline configurations upon final payment.
Upon full settlement of engagement fees, all custom scripts, warehouse schemas, and dashboard layouts become client property.
Oxal Venture LLC retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary frameworks, baseline ETL utilities, and internal delivery methodologies.
Open-source libraries incorporated into deliverables remain governed by their respective licenses (e.g., Apache 2.0, MIT).
Clients are solely responsible for third-party cloud infrastructure costs, API subscriptions, and cloud vendor compliance.
Costs for cloud compute (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks, Fivetran) are billed directly to client accounts.
Oxal Venture LLC is not liable for upstream service outages, API rate limit throttles, or schema breaks introduced by third parties.
Recommendations of third-party tooling are made in good faith without operational uptime guarantees for external providers.
Services are provided on an engineering-standard basis. Total liability is limited to total fees received under the specific engagement.
Oxal Venture LLC provides a 30-day warranty following final delivery for bug remediation directly attributable to scope specifications.
In no event shall Oxal Venture LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profit, or regulatory punitive damages.
Aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid under the relevant SOW.
Visitors agree not to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Oxal Venture LLC website, code samples, or public documentation.
No automated scraping, security vulnerability probes, or denial-of-service simulations without explicit written authorization.
