01
Nature of Engagements & Defined Scope

Oxal Venture LLC delivers specialized B2B data engineering, pipeline architecture, and analytics solutions as fixed-scope consulting projects with verified technical milestones.

Because our consulting services involve reserved senior engineering capacity, architectural design, custom ETL/ELT pipeline code, and infrastructure provisioning tailored to your technical stack, all work is executed under explicitly agreed Statements of Work (SOW) with defined deliverables rather than recurring open-ended staffing.

02
Cancellation Prior to Project Kickoff

Full cancellation is permitted before scheduled engineering work commences, subject to a structured notification window.

Clients may cancel a scheduled engagement by providing written notice via email at least five (5) business days prior to the agreed project start date. In such events, any upfront deposit paid will be refunded in full, minus third-party payment processing fees and any non-recoverable direct infrastructure costs provisioned specifically for the client's environment.

03
Mid-Engagement Cancellation & Work in Progress

Work already started or delivered across active pipeline milestones is calculated on a pro-rata deliverable completion basis.

If a client initiates cancellation after engineering work or architectural discovery has commenced, fees are calculated based on the completed deliverables and milestones achieved up to the formal written date of termination. Completed milestones and fully documented codebases remain payable and will be transferred to the client upon receipt of final settlement. In-progress milestones will be billed proportionally based on documented engineering hours and delivered artifacts.

04
Deliverable Review, Acceptance & Warranty

Every milestone includes a formal 10-business-day verification window to review technical compliance against the agreed SOW.

Upon submission of milestone deliverables (e.g., schema designs, ingestion pipelines, dbt models, or BI dashboards), the client has ten (10) business days to test and submit written feedback. Oxal Venture LLC provides necessary defect corrections to ensure the deliverables meet the stated technical acceptance criteria at no extra cost. Deliverables not rejected in writing within this period are deemed accepted.

05
Non-Refundable Third-Party & Pass-Through Costs

Dedicated cloud computing infrastructure, managed warehouse compute, or proprietary connector licenses cannot be refunded.

Direct out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the client—including but not limited to Snowflake/BigQuery/Databricks compute consumption, Fivetran/Airbyte connector fees, cloud storage allocations, and commercial API charges—are strictly non-refundable once provisioned.

06
Dispute Resolution & Request Procedure

A transparent, technical escalation procedure ensures any scope or deliverable concerns are resolved constructively.

To request a project cancellation, milestone review, or refund assessment, an authorized representative must send a written notice detailing the project reference, milestone in question, and specific technical grounds. Our technical leadership team will review the logged git commits, architecture logs, and deliverable documentation within five (5) business days to deliver a fair, itemized reconciliation.
